Return Policy

1. General Overview
By purchasing products from The Furry Company (“the Store”), the customer (“the Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund & Return Policy. This policy governs all purchases, returns, exchanges, and disputes. By using our services, the Customer confirms their full understanding and acceptance of these terms.

2. Returns Allowed with Email Notification
Returns are only permitted if the Customer notifies the Store via email at info@thefurrycompany.com within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The email must include:

  • Customer’s full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • A detailed explanation of the return reason

  • Supporting documentation (photos, receipts, or other evidence if applicable)

Requests submitted after the 30-day window, or without the required details, will not be accepted. The Store reserves the right to deny return requests that do not comply with these requirements.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
If the Customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must notify the Store within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@thefurrycompany.com. The notification must include:

  • High-quality photos of the defect or damage

  • A written explanation of the issue

The Store will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. The Store’s decision shall be final.

4. Return Shipping Costs
All approved returns must be shipped at the Customer’s expense, including postage, packaging, customs duties, or taxes. These costs are non-refundable. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service, as the Store is not liable for lost or misdirected packages.

5. Conditions for Return
Returned items must meet these conditions:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Items not meeting these requirements may be refused. The Store may, at its discretion, apply a restocking fee on returned products.

6. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Furry Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow this policy, or any disputes arising from purchases.

7. Policy Amendments
The Furry Company reserves the right to amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates become effective immediately upon being posted on the Store’s website or communicated through official channels. Continued use of the Store after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed and enforced under applicable national laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Store’s operating region for dispute resolution.

9. Chargeback Policy
Customers must first contact the Store at info@thefurrycompany.com to resolve any disputes or complaints. If a chargeback is initiated without following this process, the Store reserves the right to challenge and reject the chargeback on the grounds of non-compliance with this policy.

By completing a purchase with The Furry Company, the Customer agrees to abide fully by this Refund & Return Policy.
